At Demond Logan, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. Please review our return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Digital Products and Online Programs

Due to the nature of digital products and online programs, we typically do not offer refunds This includes digital downloads, online courses, and membership programs. If you experience any issues accessing or using these products, please contact us at admin@demondlogan.com, and we will make every effort to resolve your concerns.

2. Coaching and Consulting Services

For one-on-one or group coaching and consulting services, refunds are not provided once a service has been rendered or a session has been attended. If you are dissatisfied with a specific session or experience, please reach out to us directly to discuss potential solutions or adjustments to your program.

3. Events and Workshops

If you register for an in-person event or workshop hosted by Demond Logan, refunds may be available if you cancel within a specified period before the event date:

  • Full Refund: Available if cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the event date.

  • Partial Refund (50%): Available if cancellation occurs between 7 and 13 days prior to the event.

  • No Refund: If cancellation occurs within 6 days of the event, no refund will be issued.

You may, however, transfer your ticket to another individual by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours before the event.

4. Exceptions and Special Cases

In certain cases, refunds or exchanges may be considered on a discretionary basis, such as for extreme circumstances or technical issues beyond your control. If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us at admin@demondlogan.com with a detailed explanation, and we will review your request.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days of approval. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
